DOT91 may collect:
- Name
- Company
- Work email
- Phone number
- Industry
- Approximate RFQs (Quotes) per week
- Page/source and submission timestamp
- Any information a prospect later chooses to provide directly to DOT91 as part of the RFQ Challenge

How we use it
The information may be used to:
- Respond to RFQ Challenge requests
- Contact the prospect about the requested demo or pilot
- Understand quoting workflows and business needs
- Improve DOT91’s product and customer experience
- Maintain internal records related to prospect conversations and submissions

How we handle your information
- DOT91 does not sell prospect information.
- Access should be limited to authorized DOT91 personnel and systems used to operate the service.
- Information may be stored in the systems used to operate DOT91, including the website lead database and connected business tools.

RFQs and confidential business information
The current RFQ Challenge form does not upload or transmit RFQ files.
DOT91 will provide next-step instructions before requesting any RFQ, quote, pricing, or other confidential business documents.
Prospects should not send passwords, credentials, or unrelated sensitive personal information through the form.
